Why Join the Elgin Chamber?

By investing in the Elgin Chamber of Commerce, you meet potential clients, expand business contacts, and involve yourself in the important issues that affect our community and your business.

Below is a list of some, but not inclusive, of the benefits available to Chamber members.

  • Meetings are on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Meetings feature a wide variety of speakers on issues of importance to business. They also provide great networking opportunities. PLUS, lunch is FREE.

  • We categorically list your business on the Chamber website to include all contact information. A direct link to your website, and a short paragraph about your business, is available at the intermediate or corporate membership level.

  • The Chamber has a Facebook page for added visibility. We list grand openings and other current events. We also have Instagram and TikTok.

  • We will post on our social media platforms a weekly video highlighting different member’s businesses.

  • The Chamber puts out a monthly newsletter with news and upcoming events. It highlights different members each month.

  • The Chamber provides marketing and social networking opportunities throughout the year including Breakfast Brew, Business After Hours, and more.

  • Ribbon cuttings and grand openings offer the opportunity to get acquainted with fellow chamber members and showcase your business. This is a promotional opportunity as these events are usually covered by the local newspaper.

  • Submit information to the Chamber about your business open house or other special events to help promote your products or services. We will include this in the monthly newsletter and/or email distribution.

  • The Chamber will include members in a group email to help stay updated on local happenings.
  • The Chamber ALWAYS refers MEMBERS first
  • Membership in the Chamber is 100% tax deductible as a necessary business expense.
  • Chamber membership provides added credibility for your business and demonstration of positive community involvement.
  • The Chamber window decal signifies an ethical approach to doing business and your customers recognize it as an indication of your interest, involvement and investment in our community.
  • The Chamber provides an annual membership directory.
  • Chamber membership allows your business concerns to be voiced and presented at an annual Legislative Reception that is hosted by the Elgin Chamber, Lawton-Ft. Sill Chamber, and other area chamber officials.
  • Chamber membership also provides you with representation to the State Chamber of Commerce.
  • The Chamber will provide a free mailing list of members, upon request, for your business events.
  • Each year, at our Annual Banquet we recognize the “Business of the Year” and “Citizen of the Year” while enjoying a nice catered dinner and entertainment. (Additional fees apply.)

Member Application

Meetings are on the second Tuesday of each month at noon. Members receive lunch at no cost to you.
